1Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account on hbijee, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. All hbijee services are strictly prohibited for minors.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be terminated.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information will result in account closure.
• You must register from a country or region where online gaming is not legally prohibited.
• Documents required for identity verification (KYC) must be submitted within 7 business days of the request.

2Account Security & Responsibility

Keeping your hbijee account secure is entirely your responsibility. Please follow these guidelines:

• Never share your login credentials, password, or security codes with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact hbijee support immediately.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for a third party is strictly prohibited.
• The account holder is responsible for all activity on their account, unless it is proven that the error was on hbijee's part.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.

3Deposit & Payment Policy

The following rules apply when depositing funds on hbijee:

• You must complete identity verification before making a deposit.
• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500, and the maximum limit is determined by your account tier.
• Deposits can be made via mobile banking, e-wallets, and bank transfer.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted. Payments from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Deposits are usually instant, but may take 1–3 business days in some cases.
• Hbijee does not charge any additional currency conversion fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from hbijee:

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes, but may take up to 24 hours if verification is required.
• Hbijee reserves the right to review or cancel any withdrawal request, particularly where fraud is suspected.

5Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

Keep the following rules in mind to make the most of hbijee's bonuses and promotional offers:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements. Please read the terms carefully before claiming a bonus.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Claiming a bonus multiple times or claiming the same bonus across different accounts is prohibited.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly; they convert to real money only once wagering is complete.
• Hbijee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• In cases of bonus abuse, hbijee reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.

6Betting Rules & Policy

The following policies apply when placing bets on hbijee:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless hbijee decides otherwise.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with hbijee's own rules.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, hbijee reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Some live betting wagers may be rejected due to latency.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information is strictly prohibited.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected, hbijee will investigate and take appropriate action.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbijee platform:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual or household.
• Exploiting the bonus system dishonestly or abusing bonuses in any form.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to breach platform security through hacking, phishing, or any other means.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Arbitrage betting or exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

8Privacy & Data Protection

9Account Closure & Suspension

Hbijee may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• Where money laundering or fraud is suspected.
• At your own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

If an account is closed, any refund of the verified balance will be determined following a review.

10Limitation of Liability

Hbijee is not liable for the following:

• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

• For complex disputes, we will endeavor to resolve the matter within 7 business days.
